Vale Sports Therapy are a dynamic sports therapy and fitness training company based in Cardiff, in the Vale of Glamorgan. We specialise in sports massage, fitness training, sport specific coaching, nordic walking, triathlon & running coaching and running technique workshops.
About us
Mark Whittle
Mark has been involved in the world of sports injuries, sports massage and fitness training for many years. His military background has enabled him to work closely with elite athletes from the Royal Air Force Triathlon Squad, the Royal Air Force Athletics Squad and the Army Athletics Team. He has recently been working with members of the British Triathlon age-group team to help prepare them for the Triathlon World Championships. Mark is a fully qualified Nordic Walking instructor and leads walking groups in the Penarth and Cardiff area.
Mark's main passion right now is running and triathlon training & coaching, and offers coaching services for both of these sports. Mark has also recently created the highly successful Learn To Run workshop which encourages more efficient running technique leading to easier, faster running with less injuries.
Delme Bennett MSMA
Delme has over thirteen years experience in the health and fitness industry as a Health Club Manager and Personal Trainer. His time as a Sports Massage practitioner has allowed him to work with people of all fitness levels and from recreational to elite athletes.
He has provided sports massage at The Flora London Marathon, the British Triathlon Youth Championships and is currently working with the Cardiff Blues rugby team, Ulster rugby team and Cardiff City FC.
