On the 5th July 2009 Mark's going to Austria to compete in an Ironman triathlon race. Ironman Austria consists of a 3.8km swim (2.4 miles), a 180km cycle (112 miles) followed by a marathon run! LATCH is a voluntary organisation set up to support the special requirements of the children's oncology centre the Children's Hospital for Wales to help affected families and promote research in childhood cancer.
