The first Nordic Walk of 2010 will be on Sunday January 10th at 10.00am, we'll meet at Cionis (cliff top car park), Penarth.
The walk will be about 2-2.30 hours and the cost will be £10 (including use of poles, a bottle of water and an energy bar).
