Congratulations to all our Vale Sports Therapy clients who took part in the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday. Perfect weather coupled with a great course led to many personal best times, including a PB for our very own Mark Whittle. He smashed his PB by 5 minutes to record a time of 1:23:39, well done Mark!

Congratulations to all our Vale Sports Therapy clients who took part in the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday.
