Yesterday Mark attended a running coaching clinic to train existing running coaches new skills and techniques inline with the Newton running company's philosophy of Natural Running. It was an awesome clinic taught by Ian Adamson (7 times world adventure race champion) and Mike Trees (world masters 10k champion), and was the first clinic of this type to be held outside of the USA.
Mark was lucky enough to pass the clinic and is now only one of 12 Newton Natural Running Form coaches in the UK. Mark will now bring those new skills and techniques to south Wales and incorporate them into our own hugely successful Learn To Run workshop.
