Cardiff half marathon

There are just over 10 weeks until the Cardiff half marathon, so how's the running training going? By now you should be getting in the long runs and starting to get near double figures in the longer ones ; if you're not, it's time to get moving! Whether you're going for a personal best time or simply trying to complete your first ever Cardiff half marathon, it's vitally important to start thinking about your training plan (what running training are you actually going to do), your recovery techniques (rest, sports massage, compression clothing, etc), your training and race day nutrition (will you use your own nutrition or use what is provided on the course?) and the race itself.
