FREE 5K beginner running training plan!
That's right! Coming very soon to all Vale Sports Therapy clients will be a FREE 5K beginner running training plan. The training plan will allow a total beginner to start training in a structured manner, allowing them to build up their run fitness over a period of 10 weeks. This plan takes someone who is a self-confessed couch potato, gets them moving, with a view to complete a 5K run in just over 2 months. We've found that clients who follow this approach reach their running goals in a safe and controlled manner, whilst having fun and getting fit!
