Delme provided sports massage at the Youth & GB triathlon champs at Porthcawl on Sunday. He was a busy man, with the young guns taking advantage of the pre & post event sports massage.Mark was unable to join Delme as he was out bike training in preparation for the European Age Group Long Course Champs to be held in Finland in August, but he did stop during his ride just to check Delme was coping with these youngsters!
